So happy I got to see the Scott family again for their holiday family pictures! Last year we did the more urban style of a session, so this year we went for a natural setting at the W6 Pines Christmas Tree Farm. I LOVE the way they turned out, they are such a beautiful and sweet family. The timing was also perfect, we had a very short Fall season and they timed it just right for all of the beautiful colors. Hope you all enjoy! 

P.S. My goal for 2015 is to blog more, so I figured I will get started now. I might have said this last year when 2014 started, but I think this time around I found a pretty easy process to make it less time consuming. I promise will make myself stick to it from now on! ;) I will even be sharing some late summer and early fall sessions. Stop back by soon to see more recent sessions!

The halloween mini sessions will take place at Tony's Tree Plantation , they have a BEAUTIFUL place with a pumpkin area and many other choices for fall themed setups! Visit their website to get a little peek of what all they have to offer! The mini session fee includes enough time for up to 2 children in the same family, extra time can be added for additional children.  The session is great for your little cuties in their Halloween costume or just a cozy fall outfit! This mini session is for children only, perfect for ages 6 months(sitting up) all the way up to teens. These sessions will be held on October 12th AND October 26th, to secure a time email rachelcleerephotography@gmail.com


The session fee will include a 25 minute session for anyone in your immediate family.  All sessions will receive 5 Digital Files with the print release. The location will be an outdoor area in Shawnee with lots of trees and fall colors! I will bring along different quilts, a chair and a couple other simple props. Two weeks after the mini session you will be able to view your session and choose your digital files through your private online gallery(available for 2 weeks). All mini sessions will also get 25% off all products, which include extra digital files, custom holiday cards, professional prints, canvas gallery wraps, The Organic Bloom frames and many other speciality items!

These sessions have very limited availability, so the earlier you book the better! There will only be four available times on October 24th. To guarantee your session time each session must be paid for within 48 hours of booking your session time, if session is not paid for within 48 hours it will be open back up for booking.

The Family Mini Sessions work great for smaller families or families with older children. If you have younger children who need more time or might need a little break through out the session, email me about booking a regular portrait session. Regular sessions are custom for each family and do not have a time limit, since we are not a time limit they tend to be a little more laid back. Regular sessions can last anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on each family. We discuss and plan your session to your wants and needs, everything from location to outfits, and the time and date.

This mini session will take place at two locations on two different days, directions for the locations will be given once your session is booked. The mini session will be for kids only; from little ones that can sit up alone all the way up to teens! All sessions will take place in the evening of the dates shown. My favorite time of the day to shoot is with the sunset, which I believe provides the best lighting. Because these sessions will only be offered at sunset, there is a very limited number of sessions available. If for some reason the weather does not cooperate for your booked session, we will reschedule for another day. If you can not make the session for any reason, the payment is nonrefundable. You will receive a credit for the amount paid, which can go toward another mini session event or regular session.

Each Mini Session will cost $130 + tax, which will include:
20 Minute Styled Session
10 Digital Files with Print Release
(Delivered via Dropbox) 
20% off any prints, products or extra digital files

The session cost includes for up to 2 children in the same immediate family, additional children will be $25 each. 

   - To reserve your time, payment is due at the time of booking and must be paid within 24 hours of choosing your time. 
-Once you confirm your time and session you will be invoiced for the total.
-If your session invoice is not paid within that time, your time will no longer be reserved.

Lovely Oklahoma sunset session with my beautiful cousin Heather and her fiancé Brian. I am so excited for them both, and for all of the wedding festivities in the upcoming months! Heather planned out this fabulous set up for the session, so I can only imagine how amazing the wedding is going to be! They are both so creative and crafty, Brian even made the wooden swing the day of their session for us to use. Sweet Jaxie turned ONE! I loved getting to capture her newborn and first year session, it was so nice getting to spend time with her and her sweet family.
