I’m so excited to be offering these limited edition sessions again this year! 

These sessions will be UNIQUE to every family because they will take place in your home with your family Christmas tree and decor!! These sessions will have more of a lifestyle feel to them, capturing the real moments of you and your loved ones. These sessions will be perfect for families, couples or just the kids…oh yeah, we can’t forget to add in the fur babies. ;) The moments we capture will quickly become a family heirloom you will cherish forever! 

Each session will have the option to do just portrait images or portrait images with the Keepsake Short Film, which you will see below! 

I recommend planning a fun Christmas activity to do or letting us capture one of your family traditions, like maybe putting the final touches on the tree! Another fun idea would be icing cookies you would make for Santa, reading your favorite Christmas book or drinking hot coco! 

These sessions are sweet and simple, all about your family and your holiday traditions! I want these to be fun and stress free. I will help with planning the little details. Here are the options for the sessions. 

Home for the Holidays Sessions

Basic $195 (Images Only)
includes…
 - 20 minute session in home
 - Image Editing
 - Digital Files with Print Release - Minimum of 12 Images - Last year most families ended up with 20+ images
 - Travel within 10 miles of Shawnee - Sessions outside of Shawnee will have a small travel fee, amount will depend on your location. 

Deluxe $350 (Images & Video Film)
includes…
 - up to 1 hour session in home
 - Image Editing 
 -Custom Keepsake Film with video clips & images. 
 - Digital Files with Print Release - Minimum of 25 Images - Last year most families ended up with 30+ images
- Travel within 10 miles of Shawnee - Sessions outside of Shawnee will have a small travel fee, amount will depend on your location.

To book your session, email hello@rachelcleerephotography.com or call 405-584-1491. To secure your session, a $100 retaining fee is due within 24 hours of booking, the remaining balance will be due the day of your session. RCP is happy to wear a mask in your home.  

*If you are outside of Shawnee, there will be a small travel fee depending on where you are located.*

When booking your date, please keep in mind that turn around time will be about 5-7 business days. If booking for mid-December, you may not receive your session until a couple days before Christmas.

Rachel Cleere Photography & Cuckoo Bird and Dashing T are so excited to welcome Santa to the boutique for a special event to give back to the community! Booking

Stress no more about standing in a line to see Santa! This event will give your little ones the chance to see Santa in a laid back more personal atmosphere.   

This event will be one day only, on December 13th. Appointments will be limited and each will last 10 minutes. This will give them the perfect amount of time to visit with Santa and capture the memories being made! You will then have the chance to browse the store while your little ones get a surprise, donated by Eats & Sweets! 

These sessions will be very similar to mini sessions that I offer, but you will have the choice beforehand to choose which package you would like. Everyone will have their images emailed to them by December 15th at 9pm! They will include the print/web release for printing however many you would like! If you choose the Package 1, I will choose the two best images. If Package 2 is chosen, I will choose all of the photos that turn out. Which will between at least 5-10 images.  

The proceeds from the sessions will go directly back to Legacy Parenting Center. Cuckoo Bird and Dashing T will also be offering a Toy Drive from Dec. 7th - 13th. Anyone who donates a toy will receive 15 % off a full price item for every toy brought in, so make sure to grab those toys on the Black Friday sales to give to those in need! 

Due to the nature of these sessions, they will be non-refundable. If you for some reason cannot make it to your appointment, you may transfer to a friend or family member. 

Each session will be limited to 4 children, if you have more in your family please try to secure 2 time slots.

If you have been in Cuckoo Bird & Dashing T before you have seen her adorable mantle! I plan to decorate in a simple, classic and clean look. Fresh Greenery, Candles, Wreath, Neutral Bench for Santa and little ones, and some trees! 

I will have some classic books for Santa to read with them and some extra props if your little one is not sure about sitting with Santa. ;) I know all kids have different views of Santa, so images will be captured as the moments happen! Which means it could be all smiles or some tears, but we will try our hardest to make sure everyone has a good experience!

"Established in 2015 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation in the State of Oklahoma, Legacy Parenting Center serves families in Pottawatomie County and surrounding cities providing free parent education and resources. In 2019, we taught over 2100 parent education lessons to 338 parents with 566 children between them and distributed over 84,000 diapers through The Legacy Store.

Clients range from 15 years old to 59 years old, mothers in middle school to grandparents raising grandchildren. Our program provides free parent education and resources from pregnancy to age 5 regardless of income. The early years are the most important in building a strong foundation for positive attachment, brain development, and overall well-being for years to come.

Studio or Personal Location
This is usually a good idea for the business professional image that is designed for a serious emotion and that will be used in marketing. In this case, serious doesn’t have to mean boring. It’s possible to have a studio shot with a simple background that really highlights the individual yet gives a fresh, professional and serious image.

On location photography has a background that includes the person’s immediate surroundings as opposed to a colored backdrop. The location usually includes your office, work space or something in line with your line of work. 

On location outdoors
This type of headshot incorporates nature and natural sunlight. It’s an excellent choice for professional writers and bloggers, nutritionists and personal trainers. It’s also an excellent option for headshots that are needed for the more casual social networking sites where you still want to have a clean, fresh and professional image.
